What is SafeShore?
SafeShore is a Longshore workers' compensation program specifically designed to support waterfront employers whose limited exposures are not eligible for full entry in the Associate.
Until SafeShore was developed, those not meeting Signal's minimum Advance Call Requirement had few options for maritime workers insurance, none of which offered the level of quality and service offered by Signal.
This USL&H coverage program was created to meet the growing market demand for affordable, responsive marine liability solutions for smaller businesses.
Any waterfront employer subject to the Longshore Act meeting the program's underwriting criteria will be eligible to join.
